Offering spacious accommodation in the heart of Noosaville, Twin Quays Noosa is just 100 metres from Noosa River, on the Sunshine Coast. It offers BBQ areas, a heated pool and spa. Free parking for up to 1 vehicle per apartment is available.
Twin Quays Noosa is a short stroll to many riverside cafés, fine dining restaurants, and shops at the Noosa Village Shopping Centre.
There are spacious and fully-contained 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The studios are one room and not as large as the one-bedroom apartments. The studios have a microwave and bar fridge and are located at the back of the building. All units include a balcony.
Guests can enjoy water activities on the Noosa River such as sailing, fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, kite boarding, jet skiing, canoeing and river cruises.
Twin Quays Noosa Apartments is only 3.5 km from Noosa's main beach and famous Hastings Street. This is a nice flat 50min walk or you can catch a local bus or Ferry. The nearby Noosaville riverside park also offers barbecue areas and covered outdoor dining areas as well as children’s playgrounds. During the weekends out the front of the Boathouse they have live music, its always a hype of activity along the river, just a really great location and vibe especially with Noosaville now having some great new restaurants, cafe's and bars.

This two bedroom apartment is dual key. Guests can open up the 1 bedroom which leads into the studio and then becomes a Two-Bedroom Apartment with the configurations below: The apartment comes with separate bathroom and washing machine and a dryer. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining area. Separate lounge room with seating area leads out onto a private balcony. The second bedroom is air conditioned with an ensuite bathroom. It has a small seating area with a small private balcony.

The Studio Apartment is one room, which has a King Bed, en suite bathroom, small seating area with a TV and a small balcony. The room is air-conditioned with a ceiling fan. The apartment also includes a microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with cutlery and plates. These Studios are located at the back of the building and are suitable for a short stay. Please note these rooms do not offer any views.

We had an awesome stay here. Even a couple of days before arrival, I got a call letting me know the room would be ready early and we were welcome to check in ahead of time, which was a great start. They were also kind enough to allow a late checkout. From the moment we arrived, Bec was super helpful and welcoming. She gave us great local recommendations and made sure we were settled in comfortably. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is also a big plus—just off a main road with a beautiful waterfront, plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and easy access to buses going to Hastings St and Noosa Junction. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great place, great location, and Bec’s hospitality made it even better. Highly recommend!
