Apartment Hotel Overview

Just 50 metres from the sandy Noosa River, the 2-storey Rimini Holiday Apartments offers spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a private balcony with lovely garden views. Guests enjoy an onsite outdoor heated pool and a hot tub.
Each apartment has both an indoor and outdoor dining area as well as a a separate, air-conditioned living room with flat-screen smart TV and a DVD player. There is a communal BBQ area set in lush tropical gardens. Free indoor parking and free WiFi (with daily limits) are provided.
Located on a quiet side street in the heart of Noosaville, Rimini Holiday Apartments is a 5-minute drive from Noosa’s main beach and National Park. The Sunshine Coast Airport is a 35-minute drive away. The friendly property managers also live on-site.

Located on the second floor, this spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on the eastern side of the complex. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a bathroom, with a walk in shower, which can be accessed from both the lounge and the master bedroom. The open plan living area features comfortable leather lounge seating and a six seater dining area, plus smart TV and DVD. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a laundry and a private balcony with its own outside dining area. There is air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout. Please note that there is no elevator.

Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment - enter dates to see room photos

Located on floors 1-2, this 1 bedroom deluxe apartment offers a spacious open-plan living area with modern furnishings, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a smart TV with DVD player, private balcony, full kitchen and laundry. The separate bedroom includes a renovated en suite bathroom with a shower. Please note that there is no elevator.

Deluxe Two Bedroom One Bathroom Apartment - enter dates to see room photos

Located on the first floor, this recently renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom Deluxe apartment is located on the first floor on the eastern side of the complex. This apartment features a beautiful master bedroom with a King bed and smart TV and a large second bedroom with twin beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom, with a walk in shower, which can be accessed from both the lounge and the master bedroom. The open plan living area features modular leather lounge seating and a six seater dining area, plus smart TV and DVD. There is air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout. There is a renovated, fully fitted kitchen with a laundry and a large, private balcony with its own outside dining area.

First thing I noticed when we entered the apartment was how lovely and clean it was! Very roomy and loved the shutters to block off the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable ! Location is perfect- close to restaurants and water activity

Loved the place. It was cosy and spacious at the same time and exceptionally quiet. Just down the road from cafes, restaurants and the river. The staff were lovely and organised a late check in in very short notice.
