Apartment Hotel Overview

The Rise Noosa offers luxury open-plan apartments with spacious furnished balconies, just 700 metres from Noosa Main Beach. Facilities include a 20-metre heated infinity-edge swimming pool with spa pool.
Each apartment is fitted with Miele kitchen appliances, stone floors, glass sliding doors and modern bathrooms. The open-plan living/dining areas include cable TV and a DVD player. A starter pack of soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher liquid, laundry liquid and toilet paper is provided. On depletion of the starter pack guest can replenish items at the supermarket.
Some apartments have water or pool views. Free covered secure car parking is provided. Wireless broadband internet access is available.
The shops, cafes and restaurants of Hastings Street are only 650 metres from The Rise Noosa Accommodation. The tour desk can arrange airport transfers and Sunshine Coast Hinterland tours.
The architects have used wood, stone and corrugated iron to create a distinctive exterior that is sympathetic to the native surroundings, incorporating nature-inspired ponds and waterfalls.

We have recently returned from a 3 night stay here during a tour of Queensland / NSW. We really loved our 3 bedroom apartment which was modern, spacious and clean. We were quite high up so we could see the ocean and also had a great view of the sunset. The staff were extremely friendly. The heated pool was a real plus, which we used even on a rainy day that we had. We found the basement car park with designated space (access via a lift) to be really useful. The one negative (I hate to use that word!) was that the complex is quite high on the hill side so the walk back from town, gets the old legs and lungs going. Via steps through the woodland or a sloped hill along the road side. Both are safe and only take 10-15 minutes.

This is a bright, uplifting place with beautiful, clean and very spacious rooms. Lovely views and atmosphere. It's a little out of the centre, but a short walk to either Hastings Street or Noosa Junction and their many restaurants, bars and cafes. It's great that you can cook and do your laundry in your room. I would happily stay here again. Hot tip: take the pretty rainforest walk to Hastings Street, which starts close to the back (high side) of the property.

We have stayed before and loved it, hence why we came back. The location is awesome between the main street and the upper shopping area near Coles. Lovely views from the room, spacious and comfy indoor area, lovely balcony. The heated pool was really nice and the resort is right next to the national park. Easy walk to all the main areas.
