The location is convenient to access from Udon Pattaya toll way, the car park is convenient to access. Staff responses very well on my requests, I like the skywalk that connects between venues, buildings, and shopping mall and food centre. The room is clean, and I had a good sleep.

Staff was super friendly for check-in and because of the concert they allowed check-in up to two hours early! Atmosphere was fun and they even had a special theme drink for the Twice concert at the Bar. The Skywalk to get to Impact Arena is very convenient. The room was nice, the beds comfortable and the bathroom adequate.
