The fine print
Kindly note that the there is a refundable deposit required for the electricity and water according to the usage. 5000 Baht per week, 10,000 Baht for 2 weeks, and 20,000 Baht.Kindly note that the water fee is 150 Baht for the small house per week and for the Big house is 200 Baht per week. Guests who stay at the Stunning Villa, have to pay 1000 Baht per week for the usage of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Everything was great! The owner is very kind and responsive, we liked everything, everything is great! The kids had a great time swimming in the pool, the water is clean👌🏻
