The hotel was good for our purpose, which was to stay there for 1 night. The room was very big and all had the necessary amenities. Nevertheless it's a bit old... need some refurbishement.

The hotel was well situated to visit friends. I had requested tea making facilities and a kettle and cups were provided on arrival. The buffet breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

Reception was quite grand with a good breakfast in the morning plus private parking. Location was ok for us driving back to the UK for a stop over
