Ryokan Overview

Located a 5-minute drive from JR Noboribetsu Station in the famous hot spring area, Hotel Izumi boasts spacious hot spring baths and free-use park-golf courses. Free shuttles are offered from the station when requested at time of booking. Its Japanese meals feature local seafood delicacies.
The property’s open-air hot spring bath provides great ocean views, and guests can also enjoy the indoor baths and sauna. A golf club and balls can be rented to play the park-golf. A gift shop and drink vending machines are available on site.
Featuring large windows and the views of the ocean or mountains, rooms at Izumi Hotel are fitted with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. Guests can watch TV while sitting on seating cushions with green tea. All rooms have an en suite toilet, while bathing facilities are shared.
Restaurant can offer delicious Japanese meals using local ingredients, including fresh seafood and vegetables. Guests without a meal plan can request meals at least 1 day in advance. There are no restaurants or supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
Noboribetsu Marine Park Nixe is a 5-minute drive away. Muroran Chikyu Misaki is a 45-minute drive, and Ainu Museum is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that taxis are available from 7:30 in the morning. For departures earlier than this time, guests must walk to the station for approximately 30 minutes.
Additional fees apply for children ages 2 years and below who need an additional futon bedding and meals. Please contact the property directly for more information.
Please note that there are no restaurants or supermarkets around the property.
You must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. Please contact the property directly if you plan to check in after 17:30. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

Lovely experience. Beautiful view out to the ocean and mountains in the distance from the open-air onsen and rooms. Reasonably quiet in the onsens even at peak times. Delicious dinner and breakfast. You will be full. I got up early for the onsen before sunrise, lovely, and I saw a fox near a tree that reminded me of Ghost of Tsushima video game. By far one of my favourite experiences in Japan. Lovely staff. And so affordable for what you get. Rooms are spacious as well. The dining hall, is well spaced out between tables and they play calming music throughout.

Perfect location to just relax and take a good bath in their onsen. The stuff was very friendly and accommodating. The view from the hotel on the ocean is stunning.

Amazing view from my room to the pacific ocean. Clean and spacious room. Delicious beautiful meals that were a delight. Invigorating onsen with sauna and indoor/ outdoor steam baths Very friendly helpful staff Really handy free shuttle service to and from the station for the times I requested

This old style Japanese hotel is perfect for hot spring experience with nice ocean view and the room ( 101 ) also has a wonderful golf-like grass and part ocean view .The front staff is very polite to answer any questions and meet you request . We had booked a room massage and it is nice too though only one lady could service for us .
