The location of the riad is perfect for exploring Nizwa souk, fort and surrounding area. We enjoyed spending sometime sitting by the small pool in the little suntrap garden of the property and spending the evenings on the balcony. The riad is very atmospheric and has a lot of character, our room was a good size (twin bed with private bathroom). Zeta was our host and she was very helpful, nice, always smiling and she keeps the property very clean. We had an excellent stay here.

Excellent location- walking distance to Souq and fort and restaurants.. Access to outside area and pool and kitchen. Room was very smal,l but totally expected, very comfortable. Friendly staff. Totally laidback vibe. Like being at home!!

Fabulous location, Zeta is an amazing cook and made delicious breakfast, Mohammed the owner took us on a wonderful trip up Jabal Ahkbar and showed us the mountain terraced gardens.

It is a beautiful serene place with lush trees and palms just outside the old city. The host Zita is amazing: friendly and jolly. She was a star.
