The hotel is right in the middle of Nizwa's old town and the tallest building, so you get a great view of the city from the roof top where a nice breakfast is served. We were allowed to park the car right in front of the hotel, despite its central location with lots of people strolling through the narrow streets.

Great location. Spacious room - we had the quadruple room and it was actually 2 separate adjoining bedrooms so great! Restaurant on top floor has a beautiful view and we enjoyed the food.

The Old Town Hotel is perfectly situated near the fort in Old Nizwa. The rooms are large and comfortable with a great roof top restaurant. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast on the roof top was nice with great views over the old town.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, Mohammad the Sudanese employee at the cafe reception and portage service was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and kind to our kids. He went above and beyond his duties.
