The stay was, in many aspects, very pleasant. The place is comfortable, the atmosphere is calm, and overall it could easily deserve a much higher rating.

Loved our stay in this accommodation. It is a gorgeous room and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen facilities were extensive. It's only a short walk into the old town of Nizwa, which is a fascinating place to see. Would highly recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.

We absolutely loved staying at Ayraf, the room is huge and so comfortable modern and light. The gardens are also very large and peaceful, they are tending to it carefully and there are so many fruit trees and shade. The pool was great. After spending 2 nights beforehand in Nizwa where there are lots of people and cars it was very peaceful. We walked the easy flat 15 mins to town and loved it. Highly recommended.
