An apartment with great views to both sides, set above neighbouring roofs (there's an elevator so no issue) so we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset views over the city through the large windows! The super friendly and helpful host was always there for us on whatsapp even though we've never met in person thanks to contactless check-in/check-out (door code). The apartment is literally a short walk away from the central attractions of Nizwa, with lots of stores and cafes within brief walking distance. The beds were comfortable, we slept well. We even wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked - that alone tells the story!

Amazing apartment located near the Nizwa fort. Small building and inside is very big and clean. We had a very comfort stay.

The most comfortable bed we had in Oman, and we also stayed Im expensive hotel! The communication with the owner was impeccable(thorough explanation for self check in, links for places to visit and restaurant…), walking distance to everything in nizwa, like5min from the fort and the souq! Clean and welcoming
