Everything is perfect! The room, the staff, the location, the cleanliness everything is excellent! The staff even help with our luggage climbing the stairs to our room. Coin operated Laundry was just next to our room the location was so beautiful and walkable to tourist spot. Would definitely be back if we visit again!

The location was fabulous, within walking distance of Gion, Nishiki Market, GEAR Non-verbal Theatre and the bus stop for the bamboo forest etc. There was a 7-11 within a couple of minutes walk and it was only 3 minutes walk to the city bus that took us to the station and TeamLabs. The room was traditional with futons and doonas that felt like clouds. Very clean facilities with good water pressure in the shower. We were able to do a load of washing (500 yen) and hang it on our little balcony where hangers and pegs were provided. Fresh bottles of water were left in the room every day and the hosts were very friendly but not intrusive. They were easily contactable through the booking.com app and used a translator app to communicate with us. Great value for the money. An excellent stay for our first trip to Japan. Would book again. Thank you to our lovely hosts.
