Hotel Location: Still Central but not the “Main” main central, Avenir Hotel is located at Gojo area (Closest Station: Gojo Station) which is only 1 Station away from the Main Station - Kyoto Station To walk from Avenir Hotel to Gojo Station (Exit 2 or 4), it’s about 6 mins walk. When we first arrived at Gojo Station, it’s pretty straight forward to find the Hotel (based on Host’s Instructions). Toilet & Bath/Shower: The Toilet & Bath facilities are one of my favorites in Avenir Hotel. Yes, initially it will require some trial and error, some “learning” to figure the buttons. But once those are figured, the Bath area, it’s the most equipped & practical Bath space I ever experience - Hot Water, Rubber Mat Floor (to reduce risk of Slipping), Moving into the Tub is also quite easy. This Toilet & Bath space is designed with precision, with a separate Shower Area, Clothes Changing Area, and separate Toilet, I’m very impressed. Avenir Hotel is my very first Hotel stayed in Japan.. and they set a really high standard when it comes to the Toilet & Bath facilities. Room Space for 4 individuals (3 Adults, 1 Child): I stayed in this Hotel with my parents and my sister. This room is actually much spacious than what’s shown in the pic.. Thanks to the sliding wardrobe I was able to kinda have my “own space” to put my luggage and personal belonging without it having to be moved around by my sibling & parents! After luggages are opened.. In terms of space for us to move around, to sit, and chill.. it’s just nice. You can chill near your bed side, the living room, or even the dry toilet area if you need space. Room Comfort: Quite comfortable. Parents slept in the room on the Bed. Me & my sis slept on the floor mattress. Was worried if the floor would be too hard to sleep in, but no, me & my sis had a good 3 nights sleep on the floor mattress.

Incredible hotel, luxury and happiness. Very confortable and it’s very simple to go the city center. And wow the bath was amazing.

Lovely apartment, comfy bed, clean, quiet , warm and great location. After walking all day it was so good to come back to a comfortable apartment, everything was perfect.
