Amazing place to stay! Worth the money for that exact view in the morning with a cup of tea!!! Staff were great and even treated my daughter to some balloons and cake for her 18th birthday while there. Parking space was useful and easy to get advice from the staff.

Andrew provided drop-off and pick-up services to ski lifts in Hirafu. He was friendly and punctual. I enjoyed the stay at the accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at terrazze! Partner lost his passport and couldn't get a rental car, Ryan helped us arrange transport for our return trip to sapporo and saved us from a lot of stress! Accommodation is conveniently located to restaurants, bus stops, and the central shops. Very clean and modern apartment, nice and quiet for light sleepers like myself. Would recommend.
