The owners were very friendly and even gave me stickers when I left! The shuttle gets you too the slopes quick. The social area is very homely and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal after a long day skiing!

The staff was fantastic and picked us up from the hirafu welcome centre. There’s also a great kitchen for guests to use and a great place to make friends with other travellers.

It's a great cosy place to be to ski in Niseko. The staff are lovely and very helpful to bring and collect you to Hirafu ski slopes.

Staff (Kana-san and Suke-san) were amazing. Clean and comfortable, could be some noise due to the nature of the dorm room. Shuttle bus pick up (8 and 9am) was great. Convenient buses to supermarket or into town. Well stocked kitchen if you intend on cooking.
