Possibly the nicest place I’ve stayed for a long time. Lovely staff, brilliant set up with breakfast, hot bath/onsen and ski boot room.

Not only was the hotel beautiful in every way, Peter, every member of the team and quality of service were even better - from transport to and fro the lifts to food recommendations and making bookings - with the in house hot baths the icing on the cake. Can’t wait to come back
