Very Spacious, extremely comfortable bed, excellent heating and incredible water pressure and shower! very close to Bar Gyu and right next to the free shuttle!

The bed! And heating and free laundry. The host quickly communicated and replaced the hairdryer when I found it was not working properly and the free courtesy bus up to the welcome Centre for our shuttle out of the area was a great addition. Honestly, a perfect stay.

The excellent communication of Holiday Niseko, the comfortable stay (the room is generous for a Niseko stay!) and quality of all amenities provided!! The short walk up to the chair lift every morning (1.5km, estimate) was a great start for burning energy!! There is a cute coffee stop selling Byron Bay coffee on the way which we 100% recommend & the most amazing ice-cream one block away!!

The hosts were very responsive to messages and willing to help with anything. They allowed us to check in early because our room was ready, and they helped to clear snow with large machinery so we could use our car. They also dropped off extra equipment for clearing snow. The space was well set up and very cozy. The TV had Netflix. The small kitchen was very handy.
