Housekeeping services:

•Mid Clean every 4th day for stays over 5 nights - Includes service clean plus change of linen and vacuum-cleaning of rooms.Important Note:
• No smoking is allowed in the property (includes balcony areas).
•Guests who smoke will be liable to pay a JPY 100000 for Apartments and JPY 500,000 for Penthouses fine and additional damage charges may apply to compensate later guests who are affected by the smell of smoking or the owner of the property for bookings that need to be relocated to a different property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
