Good apartment in a great location. Easy to get there from the airport bus stop, about 600m walk. Centre of town, old fort, cafes and restaurants close by. Kitchen had just enough to cook simple meals. Comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. Did smell quite strongly of cigarette smoke. Payment is in cash.

As outside was freezing, the place was cozy and warm. The landlord took care right away of few small issues, made the stay that way enjoyable. Location is also great! 10 minutes walking from the main pedestrian street in Nis

Very close to the center, and a great restaurant. Has private parking. The room is big and clean.

I travel a lot and this is really the first time that I don't have any bad staff to say. It is modern and clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is new and modern, enough towels. The kitchen had everything needed for a stay.
