It was pretty cozy, well heated, close to the center, parking in the yard, and very good prize. There are two small disadvantages, though, that i'd like to share here, not at the field for bad experience: the pillows were bad (at least in our opinion), and there were no extra pillows. So we had a pretty bad sleep. I think it would be good to put 2-3 extra pillows so you can choose. Also, there's nowhere to hang the shower handle. And I've always found it hard to take a bath with only one hand available.
