Nice, clean and spacious flat. Perfect location, very quiet street. Everything is nearby, stores restaurants and city old centre.

Location close to city center walking distance, we did not use the car.

The apartment was very spacious, both on the first and the second floor – a large living room and kitchen, large bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is a parking space with easy access. It is also possible to park nearby once the apartment is vacated. Clean and well furnished. Top location – only 3–5 minutes on foot from the square and the park. View of the river. The host, Danijela, is super welcoming and responsive. I recommend it and we will visit again when we are in Nis!

Fantastic place to stay! The apartment was lovely and very well maintained. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely return. ❤️
