Everything at the facility was absolutely wonderful. We were very pleased to find a baby cot ready for our little one, and the available parking made everything so convenient. Communication with the owner was seamless and easy throughout our stay. What truly stood out, however, was the owner's extraordinary kindness. After checking out on a Sunday—which also happened to be a national holiday—our tire burst while we were driving on the highway. Even though everything was closed, when we called the owner for help, he managed to arrange for a tire shop to open just for us. He even came and stayed with us during the entire repair, and handled all the communication with the owner of the tire shop. Despite our desperate situation, the owner of the tire shop charged a very fair price and was incredibly generous. They are truly wonderful people, and they ensured we could continue our journey safely. We are incredibly grateful for this level of care and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!
