The apartment is almost brand new, with all necessary facilities and equipment. The location is very convenient for sightseeing all attractions in Nis’s city centre. The private garage in the city centre is real bonus.

Very friendly owner and the instructions were perfect and very easy to understand! Also the apartment comes with a parking space wich is underground and with a garage door that close and opens only with a tag. I have a motorcycle and I was feeling very safe with that! I recommend it for everyone and especially motorcycle riders!

I really appreciated the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival. The check-in process was incredibly fast — we got the keys right away with no waiting. The host greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel very comfortable from the start. He was polite, cheerful, and very welcoming, which gave us a great first impression. Honestly, the hospitality exceeded our expectations — it felt like we were being welcomed into a home, not just a rental. Thank you for such a pleasant start to our stay!
