Very helpful owners, we had all kind of complications in our travels, they always had our backs. The Building is a little older, but kept VERY clean. Located in the city center, it is easy to reach any place. Especially Hoa Lu Old Town is worth a visit in the evening. The owner speaks very good english and has tips what to visit in the region and where to go next. Rents out motorcycles and bikes for very reasonable prices. tl;dr Prices almost like a hostel, but own room and bathroom, clean, simple breakfast Good beds

I loved the owners of the hotel, they are such a nice and helpful couple. They are good, warm, and caring people.They helped me find a bus ticket, especially during this time before Chinese New Year when it is difficult to find a ticket. They offer cheap bike rentals that you can ride and visit the temples and the river area. A great experience. It was great. I will come back again.
