“Lovely place interrupted by some issues”

The bungalow’s location was perfect for being close to Tam Coc but outside of busy areas. The pool was also great and the bikes were high quality. The staff were accomodating generally and obviously work very hard, so any criticisms are purely meant to be constructive. Also, the staff were understanding of our issues with the experience and provided a discount, so we are grateful to them for that.

The setting and location were perfect. The restaurant served a good selection of food and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can hire bikes to venture out.

The Tam Cock Rocky Bungalow hotel and facilities is the most superbe place in Vietnam where I stayed. The bungalows are clean, new and are cleaned spotlessly every day. The swimming pool is a real pearl. When you are in the Ninh Binh area this really is the best place to stay. The breakfast offers plenty of choice; fresh fruit, pancakes, traditional Vietnamese food, western style eggs, Bread, etcetera. The restaurant is the best in town. We never had a reason to dine (and lunch) somewhere else. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The lady of the hotel/bungalows speakes English very well. She arranged tours and taxi’s for us and supported us even more than we could ever have imagined. The hotel/bungalows are worth the price. And much more.

Great bungalow right beside the pool, staff are so helpful, includes breakfast is good, and the Waterfall Restaurant menu has good food for lunch and dinner. This property has its own karst, waterfall, lake and boat tour, family operated, personal tour at great price - was amazing. Thank you! Also, we ate phở everywhere in Vietnam, and the phở here was absolutely the best - wish I could get the recipe for their broth - we kept getting it because it was so wonderful!
