The place is truly a magnificent gem! Everything is perfect: staff, rooms, service. Super friendly atmosphere, it was so sad to leave but we had to as hotel was fully booked after we understood that we want to prolong our holidays in this special place! :)) On top of that, we forgot our passports and wallet with cash in room safe. We remembered this only on our way to Hanoi, the Hotel securely packed all the stuff and sent it to us with their driver. Nothing was missing and this shows what professional and wonderful people are working here. Special thanks to Lin

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter forgot something in the room after leaving to the next destination and the reception staff did everything that she got it back. Big thanks to the Tam Coc Retreat Team !!! The garden and pool area is very beautiful and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Can just recommend to stay here.

Fantastic retreat in the hills of Tam Coc, perfect retreat after the noise and hustle of Hanoi, we stayed in the Villa which was Amazing, staff were so helpful and Friendly. Great place to stay to relax and unwind. Rob 🇻🇳🇬🇧
