We stayed here for only one night and I wish we had more time! I want to highlight the welcoming family that runs this homestay. Tommy was so kind and helpful, especially with the attractions in the area. We also rented bikes at their place and unfortunately my chain broke, but Tommy was so generous and picked me up shortly afterwards with the motorcycle. The beds are soft and comfortable and the breakfast is good too! Definitely recommend this place :))

We stayed here for three days, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better place. Everything was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the banana pancakes at breakfast were absolutely delicious. But what made our stay unforgettable was the wonderful family who run the homestay. Tommy went above and beyond to help us with our trip to Ninh Binh, he essentially planned our entire itinerary and sightseeing, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He, along with his mother and father, were always there whenever we needed anything, and they did it all with genuine warmth and a smile. Their kindness really touched us, and we felt so lucky to have stayed with them. They gave us such a special insight into Vietnamese family life, and we felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived, it was hard to leave! We would absolutely love to come back one day. If you’re planning a stay in Ninh Binh, this is the place to be.

The room and the bed were very comfortable. The breakfast good and hand made. We also used bycicles and had the most fun!

The owners are more than helpful and give you great tips for what to do and when (they tell you when is the best time to go to which areas based on when it is less busy). Breakfast is great, scooter available for only 120k per day. The owner helps booking the best bus tickets for you as well. Definitely one of the best and most friendly homestays I've ever been!
