Dung (pronounced Zoo'mm), the proprietress, is an amazing woman. She is very helpful, kind, considerate and organized. She is the best booking agent for tours and transport in Ninh Bình!! She went above and beyond what any concierge has ever done for us to make sure that our stay was perfect!

Excellent little hotel. Very comfortable bed, quiet, clean, hot shower, good Wi-Fi, very friendly staff, and easy check-in, right in front of the train station (3 minute walk). It’s not a luxury hotel, but if you need a place to rest while waiting for your train, it’s a perfect option. I’m very satisfied.
