Hotel run by a family, they were very accommodated with our arrival times and last-minute requests. Food is delicious. Wifi works. Laundry services are done in a couple of hours. They have bikes for free that you can use which was very helpful and fun. We had a great time.

Perfect place to stay. The best homestay in Ninh binh. Came back the 3rd times, still love the landscape, the garden, the breakfast, the hospitable owner, and cute cats We will definitely come back soon

Pool was really nice and the free bikes were great. There is an à la carte breakfast you pre order and the room was spacious clean and comfortable and more modern than it looked online

The accommodation is in a quiet yet convenient location, allowing you to reach Tam Coc and the surrounding area very easily – whether on foot or by using the accommodation’s free bikes. This is a big plus, as it gives you the freedom to explore the beautiful landscape while staying flexible. I’m really glad I chose this place. There are many locals living nearby, so it didn’t feel like a typical tourist area, unlike the centre of Tam Coc. The room was clean and tidy, perfectly adequate for a few nights. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back. Breakfast is included in the price. It’s quite simple and the portions are on the smaller side, but still tasty and a good start to the day. And you can even choose from many options. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
