The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Late at night they provided us with additional pillows that we only asked for if they had, helped us book a tour and showed us to our rooms. The next day, we had already checked out of our room but had left our belongings to be stored there while on a tour. On said tour my partner was stung by a bee and we had to come back into town, it was quite a stressful occasion and they very kindly came and gave us a room key to use at our discretion to have a shower and clean ourselves up free of charge. This alone gets a massive rating from me. In regards to the room, it was cleaner and bigger than some higher end, more expensive hotels I have stayed in around the world. The aircon and fan keeps the room cool. The shower/bathroom was quite large. The bed was big and very comfortable.

Located in the main high street. Great staff. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in a long time. Very quiet at night.

We changed to this hotel due to it being in a better location for us and it did just that with the extra of a really lovely pool and it was super clean and had very friendly helpful staff. It’s on a great road which is in the middle of everything and it was really quiet at night also. I would recommend

Excellent central location in heart of Tam Coc. We enjoyed using the swimming pool. Rather basic facilities but beds were very comfy which is main thing. We thought we were getting a bath but just a shower. Breakfast was rather basic compared to others in Vietnam. No egg station or bacon! Seems to be used by a lot of tour groups e.g. intrepid. Be aware street life in Tam Coc starts early I.e. 5.30am!
