We had an excellent experience, the staff were very welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The linen was high quality and all the hand embroidered elements made it feel authentic. The gift shop was lovely. We didn’t have time to use the pool and only wish we had more nights to really enjoy this special place. Note - instructions regarding location advising that the hotel is in an alley can give the impression this is not accessible by vehicle. It is accessible by car & scooter (as well as walking). If you are in a shuttle or larger bus then you will need to walk - it is only about 150m.
