Excellent location - exceptionally helpful staff. We arrived around 10.30 in the morning after a long train journey and the reception staff organised a room for us to shower in - we were so grateful! We used the jacuzzi, steam and sauna each evening after a long hot days sight seeing and also the pool which had amazing views. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff went out of their way to cook my omelette the way I like it each morning which I really appreciated.

The hotel was really good and well located, close by all the main attractions we wanted to visit. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and helped us with the scooter rentals and the bus for Hoi An. Amazing swimming pool and cocktail bar. I can only but recommend this hotel.
