One of the best places I stayed at - loved the host and the family, great people. I will be back. The host sorted my motorcycle for me, sorted my laundry and her husband also helped me when trying to locate the things I wanted to do - wholesome place and great hosts

Room was basic but had all we needed. The host was very nice and helped us out with some questions. Great that they have bikes for rental.

First and foremost Lynn and her family were extraordinary lovely people to be around with. Such a warm welcome from them all, we couldn't ask for more. The location was perfect for us, they also had motorbike rentals. It was in a quiet alley off a busy road in the hustle and bustle of Ninh Binh. The room was super clean and spacious. Definitely recommend !!!
