The location was great Hospitality was good. Though property was partly flooded due to rain. We were able to manage using a different way Food is also reasonable and tasty

I can't stop raving about Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa. The location is superb, away from the hustle bustle, so tranquil, yet we can reach all attractions quickly by hailing grab/motorbike/bicycle. Beautiful resort, amazing breakfast spread, and ever smiling staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay in Ninh Binh. The bungalow was beautiful, clean, and surrounded by stunning nature. You could wake up to the sound of birds and see the mountains right outside your door. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine. They helped us organize bikes, gave great local tips, and always greeted us with a smile. You could really feel that they cared about their guests. The location was perfect, close to all the main sights like Trang An and Mua Cave, yet quiet and peaceful, away from the tourist crowds. It felt like a true escape into the countryside. We also loved the homemade food; it was fresh, delicious, and made with care. Sitting by the pool or in the garden in the evening was the perfect way to end the day. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ninh Binh it’s one of those hidden gems that make your trip truly special. 🌿

We spent 3 nights at Hoang Minh Villa and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and a very well maintained garden including fruit trees and little ponds. We stayed in the Deluxe Villa which had a beautiful view over the lake. The rooms were very clean and a great size. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of veggie/ vegan options. We also ate off of the a la carte menu and the food was delicious - highly recommend the pho! Special shout out to Dungz who ensured we had the best stay. He helped plan our itinerary as soon as we arrived, including booking a great tour to Cuq Phuong. He literally did not stop the entire time we were there, from early morning until late at night making sure everyone was looked after. I want to also mention Quang who was very lovely and helpful. Definitely rent a scooter and/or bicycle whilst there and explore the local area.
