Staff is really fiendly and helpful. The host gave us a motorbike and suggest us the perfect trip to visit all the attractions near Ninh Binh. Also for breakfast the host was very accomodating. I really recommend this structure. Room is large and confortable.

The hotel is very close to the city center, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still being quiet and peaceful – perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel has just a few rooms, which makes the atmosphere calm and relaxed. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. It's a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and helpfulness of the host family. They were always available to answer our questions, give recommendations, and help organize local tours and activities. Whether we needed help with transportation, food suggestions, or planning a trip, they were always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel at home and were happy to meet any need we had – a real example of Vietnamese hospitality. We highly recommend Friendly Home Hotel to anyone visiting Ninh Binh and looking for a quiet, comfortable place with warm and personal service.

Mr Truong and his family were really helpful with everything. They picked us up from the bus station because the bus company refused to drop us off at the hotel. Mr Truong gave us tips on what to do and we were able to rent a motorbike from him to get to the tourist attractions which were close by. Breakfast was tasty. Would definitely stay there again! Tip for eating: Pho Bo 24. A short walk away and very tasty.

Super friendly family, nice and clean rooms, all amenities available. Breakfast was really good as well. He kept our luggage and let us use the showers and gave us fresh towels after we checked out (after a long day of touring and sweating). He then helped us arrange transport to the airport in Hanoi. 🙂
