We have spent 3 weeks, which is a long time, but the whole stay was great. - The service provided by the staff was amazing. - It wasn't our first trip to Vietnam, but this was the best accommodation we had there. - There is an amazing clean pool and another pool will be finished soon. - There are restaurants in walking or biking (bikes available at the hotel) distance, but you can also order food from a menu directly at the hotel. Everything we tried was delicious. - There was no problem getting taxis through Grab app to pick us up. - The breakfasts are either buffet or you can order specific meal from breakfast options

On check out day we were able to use the pool all day even though check out was 12, staff were accommodating for late bus to Sapa. We could then shower before leaving .
