Buffet Breakfast - okay. Hotel is only 5 mins walk from subway station. Ningbo Hankyu is just 10 mins walk from hotel.

Professional staff - I once entered the room as the maid was there and she checked my card worked in the door, that I was the legitimate guest, which impressed me. Subway close. Coffee shop and shop outside. Staff gave a 20 minute warning for end of breakfast.

It is an average hotel to stay for a business trip. Breakfast could be more various. Gym is a good option. There is a business center in front where you could find different restaurants, supermarket and etc.
