Really lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating when our arrival was delayed. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view over a little square. It was air conditioned and had a nice en-suite with a good shower.

The location is superb. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely and allowed you to talk to other guests, if you chose to do so.

The location of this hotel is excellant. The hotel is a very old building which hasn't been modernised with the usual requirments for modern traveling. I had the top floor room which had low ceilings. The beam running through the celing was quite low, Luckily I am short. There are no lifts, so bare that in mind if you don't want to walk up stairs daily. The bath had no shower curtain and I couldn't stand in the bath. There was only 1 plug socket in the room and 2 in the bathroom above the mirror. The drawers in the bathroom were broken. It was stated there would be tea and coffee in the room, but there was nothing. That is not something that bothers me, but I did mention it to the staff. No additionall bed linen or pillows. A very simple room. the good thing was the aircon worked. That was need as being on the top floor. I did't have the breakfast therfore, I cannot comment. The view from window was a bit of the Nimes Colosseum. Even with the concert going on, it was quiet when the window was cloesd. The staff were very pleasant, It was a perfect location and central base. A 7minute walk to Nimes trains station. The hotel room I had lacked character, but lounge and building was more in chracter to the age of the buildiing.
