Nice and very clean room. Great location - everything in walking distance (station, restaurants, amphitheatre, maison carrée). Host Jean-Luc gave us great tips for dining out and prepared a delicious breakfast for us (even though we had to leave before 7 am)

I had a wonderful stay at L'Antichambre in Nîmes. The hotel is perfectly located—just a short stroll from the Arènes and the city center, yet tucked away on a peaceful, quiet street that makes you feel like you're stepping into a little haven. What truly made the experience special was the host, Jean-Luc. He is incredibly welcoming and attentive, and he goes out of his way to share fantastic local recommendations—whether it’s restaurants, sights, or hidden gems around Nîmes. His passion for the city is contagious and really enhanced our visit. And then there’s breakfast—what a highlight! Homemade by Jean-Luc, it’s full of flavor and care. A special mention goes to the zucchini carpaccio, which was absolutely delicious and unlike anything I’ve had before for breakfast. A charming stay, a gracious host, and memorable touches throughout—highly recommended!
