The convenience of being so close to town , that it had everything we needed , appliances linen bedding . Just big enough for a small family and smaller teens ours was too tall for the bunked had to sleep diagonally he’s a very lanky 6 ft . We had my nephew come and stay he could not do top bunk as he also too big although he’s only 4.7 we pulled mattress off and put it on the floor , there was a double fold out futon in that room that was too big to open in there so mattress had to go in lounge which was inconvenient but was best we could do a family with smaller children wouldn’t have a problem at all. So for a young family and extra adult ilunder 6 ft would sleep fine
