This was such a wonderful place to end our trip. The staff put us so at ease and made our stay incredibly relaxing. We were in the smallest room available, that is described as having no window, however it's much nicer than it sounds! There are glass doors which bring in plenty of light and the tree in the bathroom is enjoyable. We had some great meals at the hotel and the beach is less than a minute away. The hotel has close connections with a tour operator (Boatman) who was great and offered trips all over the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great food, friendly staff and location (right on the beach). Just note that you will need a car to get anywhere. It is pretty isolated.

We spent the election weekend at this remote beach resort near Nilaveli. Very quiet with good public, but not frequented beach with parasols. Staff was nice. Room was huge and good comfort. We're not the kind of people to just stay on the hotel premises for a couple days, so we rented a scooter (externally) and epxlored the surroundings (villages, Trincomalee, Girihandu Seya). We went to Nilaveli for lunch and dinner, to family-run restaurants, which we recommend. Food at the hotel was okay but not special, quite pricey. Did not do excursions via the hotel, even though a snorkeling tour was offered multiple times.
