Our host Sato was super responsive and went out of his way to welcome us and offer local tips! He even met us at the station to pick up and store our luggage for us so we could already explore the area before check-in. The apartment itself was amazing too and we loved the table with heating underneath for our feet!!

The property is few mins walk from the Tosho-gu entrance and next to the bus stop for the Tobu Train Station (5 mins by bus) and Chuzenji Lake (40 mins). The apartment is fully furnished with ovens to eat up food if you fancy a home-dinner. Sato, the owner, was super helpful.

Very clean, and spacious for a Japanese apartment. Has everything you need for a short or even long stay. Quiet area near everything. The host was fantastic and collected the suitcases upon arrival and allows us to store the suitcases the day after while we went sightseeing. Very accommodating host. Thanks 🙏🏼

An amazing host with great English and tips that made our stay better than we had expected. From skip the line tickets to suggesting an amazing walk. Picking up our luggage and dropping it back next to the station. Amazing service and a well appointed large apartment with everything you need. Highly recommend
