Very convenient location which is near to shinkyo bridge, shrines and temples. All the staff are very friendly and approachable, in particular Mr Kato san who communicates well and is very attentive to our needs during meal time. The room is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the private onsen very much, and of course, delicious ryokan dinner and breakfast in the private dining room. Would love to stay in this hotel if visit Nikko again.

We had an amazing experience! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect. We absolutely loved Nikko and the hotel — we definitely want to come back!

We really liked our Japanese style room. It was huge and so comfortable. Onsen is amazing! Stuff was very friendly and we felt great. Location is just few minutes walk from the main temples, just great.

The onsen was stunning, especially the outdoor one. Very spacious and greatly stuffed with amenities. The location was also great, very close to the main sightseeing spots. The shuttle bus was very convenient too.
