Nice position with a view on the lake. Small onsen. Nice room with tatami even if a bit small for 5 adults. Good and big dinner, breakfast either.

Great quiet hotel near Chuzenji lake. The staffs are helpful and polite. The food is great. The entrance from the main road may be a bit difficult to spot but google map can help. You have to book the room with breakfast or dinner in advance if you need it (Cannot walk in and order) because they have to make a preparation.

Location is fantastic, staff helpful, and the food although at a fixed time slot was a wonderful spread of Japanese food.
