The hotel was excellent. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting us with planning our itinerary and giving us useful tips and recommendations. The dinner was one of the best meals we had and a truly wonderful experience. It was not a buffet, but a carefully prepared set menu that included local dishes, with clear explanations about each course. If there was anything you could not eat, they gladly offered alternatives, which was greatly appreciated. The room was large, spacious, and very well equipped, both in the bathroom and throughout the room.

We like the service as the staffs were able to speak English and very helpful and hospitable. The dinner and breakfast were good and up to our expectations. I like the onsen too as it has an indoor and outdoor onsen even though it was not a big one. It suits me!
