Very spacious apartments with two bedrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. A wonderful terrace with a view of the sea and the sunset. The table tennis is excellent – we truly enjoyed playing. You can reach the sea either on foot or by car, and there is free parking by the beach. We especially loved the nearest beach – it’s away from Nikiti, with few people and absolutely stunning water. Lidl is conveniently close – less than 2 km away. A special mention to Sofia – such a warm and caring person, with incredibly pleasant communication –she made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. We would happily come back here again!

The house is nice,comfortable,there are big terraces with beautiful views to the sea,the kitchen is well supplied,there are air conditioners in all rooms.

The apartment is located in an excellent location, the peace and quiet offered by this apartment are one of the most important things to have a perfect vacation. Spaciousness, comfort, clean, sea view and near the most beautiful beach for children. Equipped with everything you need during your stay. Hosts, Sofia is a very pleasant, hospitable and lovely woman. They are there for everything you need, but you don't have the feeling that they are nearby. And something that my daughter remembered was that she ate the best cookies and cakes made by Sofia. All impressions are very positive, we are definitely coming back. ❤️❤️❤️

We liked our stay in Sofia Luxury Maisonnettes. The host made sure we felt right at home in her lovely apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. We really liked the big garden. It was very quiet during our stay. The location is handy: both sides of Sithonia are easy to reach and Nikiti is a short downhill drive. You could walk, but we preferred driving.
