The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities and is very close to the beach from Nikiti. We had a wonderful stay in a ground floor apartment. I recommend.

We loved the apartment, it was very clean, with air conditioning on both rooms. The location was perfect for us, we had everything we needed. Konstantinos made our stay even better by always being there with recommendations for beaches, restaurants. We had a funny incident and left the apartment without the keys so we weren’t able to get inside and he came so fast to help us.

We stayed here with our family and really enjoyed it! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. I really liked that there were little seating areas with sinks on both sides of the apartment – perfect for rinsing off before going inside, so we didn’t bring sand in after the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had coffee capsules and tea ready for us, which was a lovely touch. Everything inside felt new and very well maintained. Since we were traveling with our baby, it was amazing to see that a baby crib and a high chair were prepared for us, and there was even a little gift for the baby – such a sweet gesture that made us feel very welcome. ♥ Тhere’s convenient parking right in front. The location is great too – just a short 5–6 minute walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very comfortable and easy stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

Great location, walking distance from restaurants, bars and beach and yet in a quiet street. The Duplex with 2 rooms is perfect for a familiy of four with kids who like to have their privacy.
