The apartment perfectly matches the photos. It consists of one main room, which serves as the entrance and includes a living area with a bed, a table. The second room contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and two single beds; from there you can access the bathroom. The air conditioning is located in the room with the living area. The apartment has windows facing south and an entrance from the north, making it possible to create a pleasant cross-breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the owner was very kind, even lending us a grill. The apartment is located on a property with two residential buildings, and residents have direct access to a private beach through a shared garden. It is situated on the ground floor, and you can drive up to the entrance to unload your luggage, while parking is easily available on the main street. The location is excellent – the beach is about 30 meters away, a grocery store about 50 meters, and there are plenty of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. Nikiana is also a great starting point for exploring the island. For the price we paid, I can definitely recommend this apartment.

We like everything, close to the beach, very nice view to the sea, nice garden in the front , the apartment very clean and the owner Efi, is very sweet, I talk with her many times and she is a great host. I will keep in touch with her. because is a wonderful person . All was the best at Sissy apartment!!

The location is great, by the sea and many shops around. The room had seats for the sea and a table to sit outside. The kids loved it.
