The owners are great! The rooms are incredible clean! They clean the rooms every 3 Days. It's spotless!!! The location of the villa is good, in the centre of f Nikiana, close to shops and restaurants. The beach in front is ok, with a great bar where you can relax!

We enjoyed our stay at Katerina Holiday Studios. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Our hosts were super nice! The location was lovely - a short walk to access the beach for swimming, or lounging at NV beach club- with lovely restaurants at the harbour, a pleasant stroll away. Our favourite local spot was Zorba’s - a very relaxing beach side restaurant. We parked our hire car on the road outside the apartment.

Great accommodation, very clean, nice and across to the beach (1 min far away). Very kind and friendly host, they welcomed us with sweets and wine. Very good location, next to the beach, stores/markets, pharmacies, street food places. I highly recommend this accommodation, everything was perfect.
