The house itself is absolutely amazing, well equipped with everything you need for a medium-term staying, cleaning services included. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, one of the most beautiful in Lefkada, and the surrounding area is nice. Last but not least, the owner (who lives at the ground floor, but the rented space has separate entrance) is an amazing person, an authentic greek man with a story to tell.

Apartment was perfectly situated between Nikiana and Nydri. Few minutes drive to both cities. We also liked that it wasn't directly next to main road, so the environment was calm. View from the balcony was breathtaking and you could also see nearby farms' sheep on the field. Balcony was also big enough to comfortably host 8 people dinner. Wifi was good, living room had a modern tv with Youtube etc access, so if needed, all the modern tech/remote office is accessible. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and basic salt, pepper, olive oil were also already there. There was no dishwasher but it wasn't a problem for us.

It was spotlessly clean ,nice and spacious , modern and a lovely balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the sea. It is located up on the hill with an accessible path but it is worth it for the first class location. It was well equipped with oven , fridge and washing machine. We hope to go back again next year !
